Apply to Reinstate or Extend ARC and FinSys Access

Note: This form may not be used to:

1. Add or remove roles to a User’s access.
2. Reinstate access removed more than 6 months ago.

The Financial Systems Security Application (FSSA) should be used to add roles to a User’s profile or for Users with access removed over 6 months.

To remove roles, submit an incident via Service Now.
