Already Know How?

Go to the myColumbia portal to begin.

Details

For security and ease, the majority of University employees have their pay deposited directly into their bank account. Information about the direct deposit (amounts, withholding, benefits deductions), also called pay advice, is available on-line via the "my.columbia" portal: www.my.columbia.edu.

How do I access my online pay advice/paycheck?
  1. Go to www.my.columbia.edu.
  2. Log in with your UNI and UNI password. If you don’t know your UNI or have forgotten your UNI password, go to www.cuit.columbia.edu/cuit/manage-my-uni.
  3. Under Resources, select the People at Columbia button.
  4. Click on Payroll & Compensation.
  5. In the navigation menu, choose Paychecks. This action will present a list view of recent paychecks and their check dates.
  6. To access a printable version of your pay advice, click on the check date you wish to view. This will pull up a PDF view of your whole pay advice.
  7. To find older paychecks, click on the Filter icon to enter a range of check dates you want to see, then click Done.

What if I Don't Have Access to a Computer and/or Printer?

For those employees that don’t have access to a computer and/or printer as part of their role, there are a number of computer and printer kiosks conveniently located around the Morningside, Manhattanville and CUMC campuses to ensure that all employees can easily access their online pay advice, and also print the advice if they so wish.

Here is a list of kiosk and printer locations:
