Five blocks north of Columbia's historic Morningside Heights campus, the Manhattanville campus is a onetime industrial zone that is being reimagined for the next century as an open, welcoming place. The Columbia Finance offices are located just north of the first new buildings on campus, in the historic Studebaker Building.
