Finance Business Services

Finance Business Services (FBS) oversees the management and monitoring of all Finance division operating budgets and assists the Executive Vice President for Finance and Information Technology in resource allocation decisions across the division and all related budget analysis and reporting.

FBS ensures accurate collection and dissemination of financial data and appropriate construction of financial models for new projects. In addition, FBS ensures that financial transactions for the division are appropriately handled including follow-up, tracking and ensuring best practices are followed in terms of supporting documentation, approvals and policy adherence.

FBS team members partner with unit heads across the Finance division to review budgets and ensure that units are working within their allocated budgets, and that budget issues are reviewed and addressed in a timely manner.
