This video demonstrates how to submit a Pre-Trip Travel Request for those who are required. A Pre-Trip Request is required for all Students in order to travel and be reimbursed for travel expenses. Some schools and departments may also require pre-trip approval for all travel. If you are required to obtain pre-trip approval, you will not be able to submit an Expense Report without the pre-trip approval attached.
