If you do not have your Admin Department indicated in the ARC Requester Defaults screen, you will not be able submit CU Marketplace Requisitions. In most cases, this information is automatically imported from PAC. If so, no action is required. However, if this information is not populated in the ARC Requester Defaults screen, you must populate it in order to submit CU Marketplace Requisitions. This job aid details the steps.
